Stall Holder Information - Set Up Times

  • Bump In - 8.00 am
  • Bump Out - 9.00 am

For safety of the public and for minimal disruption for stall holders; Vehicles are not permitted to enter the event area after 9am and before 4pm.

Exhibitor area opens for Set-Up at 8.00am. Please unload and remove vehicle immediately, then return to set up.

  • Deadly Day Out commences at 11.30am
  • Stall holders must operate from 11.30am to 4.00pm
  • The attached map (above) shows access for vehicles only.

Site Allocation

Please be advised that all sites will be numbered. Stall holders must register at the NAIDOC Registration marque on arrival to secure their site number. There will be a registration tent set up at 2 locations, one displayed on the map (attached) and the other at the entrance of the park (near pool)
